A leading health service is seeking a part-time Social Worker to provide high-level services in a Virtual Care framework. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Social Work, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate clinical experience. The position offers opportunities for career progression and requires the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative environment.

Remuneration: $56.69 - $58.52 per hour

What you'll be doing
Provide high level Social Work service to consumer’s carers and families to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with the districts and professional policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation and Code of Conduct.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Provide evidence of proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to liaise with novice and experienced health professionals and external service providers. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
