Could you be the full-time VIE - Services Product Line Marketing Junior Manager (m/f) in Berlin we're looking for?
Your future role :
Take on a new challenge and apply your marketing and communication expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll help position Alstom as the undisputed leader in global rail services while promoting our flexible, innovative, and sustainable solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Marketing, Communication, Projects, Sales, and more), develop marketing assets, and support event preparation, among other responsibilities.
You'll specifically take care of creating engaging content with technical experts and maintaining our marketing assets platform, but also assist in preparing promotional materials for major events and trade fairs.
We'll look to you for:
- Developing marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, product sheets, infographics, and videos
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content
- Ensuring clear and differentiated messaging and value propositions across the portfolio
- Promoting marketing assets internally and maintaining the marketing assets platform (Canto and SharePoint)
- Preparing and issuing a quarterly newsletter covering the latest releases from all product lines
- Assisting in the preparation of exhibits for major events and trade fairs, such as InnoTrans 2026

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of B2B or industrial marketing sectors
- Knowledge of the mobility industry (desirable but not mandatory)
- Strong writing and visual communication skills in English (C1 level); knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in an international setting
- Ability to turn complex technical information into compelling content and presentations
- Structured, well-organized, and excellent in time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with GenAI
