Crédit Agricole S.A. recherche un/e Project Management Officer en VIE pour Munich, chargé/e d’assurer la coordination de projets entre les équipes et les fonctions.

Le poste implique le pilotage des livrables, le suivi budgétaire et les exigences de change management dans un environnement international et multilingue.

Qualifikationen

• Niveau d'études: Master en gestion de projets ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience: 0–2 ans en PM ou consulting.
• Compétences linguistiques: anglais courant; allemand de base.

Aufgaben

• Gestion de projets: traduire les exigences en budget, ressources et planning.
• Conduire des réunions et coordonner les parties prenantes.
• Contribuer au change management et à l'amélioration des processus.
• Rédiger et maintenir les procédures opérationnelles liées au projet.

The VIE contract in short: According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland und Liechtenstein - except Germany) nationals. As required, we contribute to or lead projects of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch or the group. The unit reports directly to the Country Managing Director of CACEIS Bank, Germany Branch.

In this context, your missions as Project Management Officer in alignment with the Project Lead will be:

Project management

• Translate the sponsor's requirements to define the budget, resources and project schedule with the sponsor
• Implement oversight indicators
• Define and ratify the project's deliverables
• Communicate upwards and downwards about the project
• Involve and coordinate the parties that interface with the project
• Write operational procedures relating to the project
• Identify risks that could affect the critical path or cause budget overruns and propose any remedial measures

Coordination of project team and skills development

• Contribute to setting the project objectives with the sponsor
• Organize and lead working meetings (coordination, workshops, etc.) and produce the associated minutes
• Organize regular monitoring meetings with teams and sponsors to collect feedback and provide an update on project progress
• Participate in internal and external networks (feedback, research, forums, etc.)
• Coach and participate in the appraisal of his/her project team

Change management

• Participate in the implementation of new activities within his/her entity/function
• Recommend changes to processes and suggest improvements
• Identify, propose and implement change management actions
