VIE: Junior Marketing Product Manager - Germany (H/F)

Mission based in Rottenburg am Neckar (Stuttgart region) - Germany

Duration: 12 to 18 months

Under the supervision of a senior product manager in the Product Competence Center.

Your main mission is:

Junior Product Manager for the markets in Germany / Switzerland / Austria for specific Exterior & Outdoor Living projects (especially in the fields of motorized sun protections, controls and sensors) in close connection with our central R&D and Marketing in France.

• Management of the Product Portfolio according to our standard process from specification phase to product launch and product phase-out:
  • Define product specifications in collaboration with customers, Somfy International, etc.
  • Prepare and coordinate the product launch in a project-oriented way together with the sales team, marketing communication, training center, logistics, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate product phase-out
• Test and qualify new products

Strong links with France. Business trips to the headquarters in France (Cluses) to be planned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bac+5 (Business / Marketing / Engineering)
• Technical affinities and interest in connected products.
• Experience in product management is not mandatory but a previous experience in marketing would be appreciated: intern, part-time student, or first job.
• Excel: good level (prices, forecasts), PowerPoint: very good level.
• Soft skills: curiosity, agility, analytical mind, proactivity.
• Fluent in English and basic German required.

Location: Rottenburg am Neckar, 50 km from Stuttgart (possibility of living there if you have a car).

Period: Position to be filled from March/April 2025 at the soonest.

Duration: 12 to 18 months
