Transdev Group is seeking a Junior HR Project Manager Recruiting & Retention based in Berlin, Germany. Since 1998, Transdev has been the leading private rail passenger operator in Germany, helping revitalize regions by deploying services tailored to passenger needs. We operate 20 contracts, covering 55 million train km for 118 million passengers annually. Our fleet includes 472 trainsets.

Responsibilities

Recruiting & Retention is a top HR priority. The role involves developing and implementing targeted measures to close the driver gap. Responsibilities include:

  • Research market trends and best practices for recruiting and retention.
  • Maintain close contact with HR managers across regions to understand needs and challenges.
  • Develop tailored solutions for Transdev Germany, including materials, campaigns, and training measures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic solutions.

Required Education and Experience

  • University degree or relevant work experience in HR, preferably with strategic/conceptual expertise.
  • Willingness to learn and explore new areas.
  • Recruiting experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Ability to develop effective recruiting and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in market research related to HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Solution-oriented mindset for developing tailored initiatives.
  • Project management skills for coordinating HR projects.

Language
