The team and mission:

As part of the IT department, the IT Risk, Trustee, and Finance team is responsible for providing support and managing changes in the areas of finance, risk, trusteeship, and cross-departmental activities.

In this context, your main missions will be:

• Business Analyst tasks for our internal clients, consisting of:
  • Clarifying client-specific needs & requirements
  • Drawing up functional designs to be handed over for implementation to the developers
  • Testing
• Supporting the team in daily operations
  • Incident Management
  • Root cause analysis
• Supporting in the complete planning and monitoring of projects
• Designing processes and workflows
• Coordinating general team topics
