We are leading the development of a nationwide hydrogen filling station network for various modes of transportation and are committed to advancing this environmentally friendly technology. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

At Air Liquide New Energies, you'll utilize advanced tools and digital practices within an industry-leading, agile, and international team dedicated to reducing carbon emissions in the mobility sector.

Your work will directly improve the reliability of our Hydrogen Refueling Stations (HRS) and may involve developing new services.

Reporting to the Director of AfterSales & Maintenance and working alongside the New Energies Data Committee, you will collaborate between teams in Dusseldorf and Grenoble.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate stakeholder needs, propose solutions, and implement them
  • Own and maintain codebases
  • Analyze existing data for performance and drift
  • Clarify machine learning concepts and evaluate stakeholder opportunities
  • Finalize, improve, and deploy existing expert system models; develop new analyses
  • Enhance Power BI reports and data models; generate reports
  • Develop warning models with visual summaries from algorithm results
  • Train stakeholders on data monitoring
  • Participate in the setup of the New Energy Data Committee, comprising key leaders from the organization
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics and the following qualifications:

Education:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Analysis, or related field
  • Specialization in coding, data science, or machine learning
Technical Skills:
  • Python, Power BI, NodeRed, JavaScript, HTML
Soft Skills:
  • Methodical, rigorous, problem-solver
  • Effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly
  • Independent task management and leadership
Languages:
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • German skills are a plus
