Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH is seeking a VIE - HR Project Manager to support HR initiatives across Talent Acquisition analytics, onboarding improvements and leadership training. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, work on AI-enabled HR services, and engage with diverse teams across Europe.

Ideal candidates are early-career graduates with a degree in HR-related fields, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills, willing to operate in an international environment and travel

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Management with a concentration in People Operations or HR.
• First practical experience in international HR roles, e.g. project management or recruitment.
• Experience with digital HR transformation or HR controlling is welcome.
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition data analysis and translate TA processes into end-user solutions with HRBPs.
• Lead onboarding improvement projects to integrate newcomers across locations.
• Oversee Leadership Training rollout and its continuous improvement.
• Assist the development of AI usage as a co-pilot for faster HR services.
• Collaborate with local teams and Senior HR Business Partners on Future Leadership, Employer Branding and strategic workforce topics.
• Prepare strategic presentations for Executive Management.

In order to support HR team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a VIE - HR Project Manager - H/F (d/f/m). You are a highly motivated graduate and want to get to know the work of a HR Project Manager - H/F? as a Volunteer for International Experience.

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support of our People Ramp Up: data analysis on Talent acquisition metrics, translate our Talent Acquisition processes into end-user friendly solutions for our managers. Focus on tracking our open jobs and design actions for faster talent acquisition, in collaboration with our HRBPs.
• Onboarding improvement project lead: ensure our newcomers are well onboarded and integrated into our teams across diverse locations and businesses.
• Leadership Training roll out: ensure the implementation and improvement of our in-house leadership training.
• Support the development of AI usage as a co-pilot and enabler for faster, more efficient HR services.
• Work hand-in-hand with local teams and Senior HR Business partners on topics such as Future Leadership, Employer Branding and strategic workforce topics.
• Support assertives messages to our Executive Management Team with the design of strategic presentations.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

• University degree in the area of Business Management with a concentration or major in People Operations, Strategic HR, or Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• First practical experience in the field of in an international HR role, ideally with a focus on project management, recruitment, digital HR transformation or HR controlling is welcome (apprenticeships and internships included).
