Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space GmbH is seeking an HR Project Manager for a 12–24 month VIE in Munich area. You will analyze talent acquisition metrics, streamline onboarding, roll out leadership training, and explore AI-enabled HR services in a multinational environment.

The role requires a university degree in Business/HR and early-career experience in international HR. Mobile working is possible after agreement; regular travel across Europe may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in business management with focus on People Operations, Strategic HR or Organizational Development.
• First practical experience in an international HR role, e.g. project management, recruitment, or HR transformation.
• Proactive self-starter with ownership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition data analysis and improve end-user solutions for managers.
• Lead onboarding improvement projects across multiple locations.
• Roll out leadership training programs and monitor adoption.
• Explore AI usage as a co-pilot to enable faster HR services.
• Collaborate with Senior HR Business Partners on Future Leadership and Employer Branding.
