We are Safran Helicopter Engines Germany GmbH, a global manufacturer of gas turbine engines and wholly owned subsidiary of Safran Helicopter Engines S.A.S., in Bordes, France. In Hamburg, we provide customer service and marketing to many countries in Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe, as well as Central Asia. Our customer portfolio includes over 300 customers with almost 2,200 engines. Our segments are civilian and military.

Our Hamburg team of 70 is driving growth, and we are relocating to a new, sustainable facility outside Hamburg, featuring solar panels, a green roof, and energy-efficient systems, aiming for climate-neutral operations.

Starting October 1st, 2025, we seek a motivated individual for a two-year VIE role in Internal Communication. You will enhance our communication strategies and organize internal events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communication plans; manage content for newsletters, intranet, videos.
  • Collaborate with HR for employer branding.
  • Assist in organizing external events like trade shows, newsletters, press releases.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communication for consistent messaging.
  • Lead digital communication efforts, energize LinkedIn presence.
  • Update the corporate webpage.
  • Plan and organize monthly events, supervise the Event Committee.
  • Support communication projects, gather feedback, analyze data.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or related.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German and French are a plus.
  • Strong social, organizational, and proactive skills.
  • Experience in internal communication or event planning is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva; video editing skills are a plus.
