As Video Producer you will oversee the creation and execution of an audience specific content strategy to drive the reach and engagement with that audience in the market. We are looking immediately for a young, motivated and creative talent with a digital mindset for the position as Video Producer with focus on Social Media for our Content Team in Switzerland.

Job Description

• Development of Creative Concepts
  Bringing specialist knowledge of the audience, the Video Producer (Social Media focus) will work closely with the Social Media and Communication teams to drive audience growth through the development of creative concepts and formats for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.) to build a holistic, always-on content experience. Through compelling storytelling, the Video Producer (Social Media focus) will craft narratives that resonate with the audience, bringing Red Bull's unique spirit to life and transforming content into memorable experiences that inspire and engage.
• Management of Editorial Development
  The Video Producer (Social Media focus) defines the content strategy for the discipline (its editorial scope, content and formats) and drives production of video, text, images and interactive content on Social Media and digital channels. The goal is, in close collaboration with the Social Media Manager, to grow the content quality of our Social Media channels.
• Stakeholder Management
  The Video Producer (Social Media focus) works with in-house and third-party producers to create content which meets the editorial, budgetary, technical and legal standards of Red Bull. For this, the Video Producer recruits and coordinates editors, freelancers as well as contributors and manages the budgets and other finance tasks.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years overall media employment in content creation or commissioning for specialist audience with a good overall understanding for marketing
• You have a passion for content and proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in the market - to work under pressure comes natural to you
• You're a creative thinker and dynamic personality who drives innovation and proactively communicates; good interpersonal skills in coordinating and guiding production partners and teams
• Strong skills in filming, editing, motion design and production management and clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy and programming
• German native, fluency in English; French is a plus
