Avomind sucht eine/n leitende/n Berater/in für Transaction Advisory/Strategy mit Schwerpunkt auf end-to-end-Due-Diligence-Projekten in internationalen Buy-/Sell-Side-Transaktionen. Sie leiten das Team, gestalten Strategie, Akquise und Projektpriorisierung und arbeiten eng mit Gesellschaftern zusammen.

Sie bringen 8+ Jahre Erfahrung, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und umfassendes Tech-, Marketing- und KI-Wachstumsknow-how mit. Hybrid-Arbeit in München, Berlin, Hamburg oder London möglich.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss in Informatik/BWL/VWL oder ähnlich (MBA vorteilhaft).
• 8+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in digitaler Strategieberatung, Transaktionsberatung oder Digital Marketing.
• Expertenkenntnisse zu Tech, Marketing und KI sowie aktuelle Trends.
• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Teamkoordination, Führung und Projektmanagement.
• Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.
• Serviceorientierte, eigenverantwortliche Teamplayer.
• Fließendes Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Transaction Advisory / Strategy Teams.
• Verantwortung für Neukundengewinnung, Personaleinsatz, Priorisierung, Projektdurchführung, Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
• End-to-End Umsetzung internationaler DD-Projekte (Commercial/Digital/Tech/Data) für Buy- und Sell-Side, mit Kundenfokus.
• Weiterentwicklung von internem Know-how und Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit PE-Fonds.
• Standardisierung von Prozessen/Templates inkl. QA.
• Sales- und Pitchtätigkeiten; Entwicklung neuer AI-Services basierend auf Trends.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership Team; Vertretung bei Events.
• Zusammenarbeit mit People & Culture bei Rekrutierung.

About the Role

• You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with their management.
• You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects.
• You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large and mid-cap private equity funds.
• You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
• You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments.
• You work closely with the Leadership Team from all departments.
• You represent them and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
• You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.

• You hold a university degree with excellent performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
• You have 8+ years of professional experience, focusing on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of tech, marketing and AI, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the digital sector.
• You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You excel in oral and written communication skills.li>
