Vice President Sales & Partnerships (m/f/d)
The company is rethinking the future of carbon-free heating. Its compact, all-in-one system—combining a heat pump, buffer storage, and battery storage—dramatically reduces the cost and complexity of CO2-free heating solutions. By enabling partners to easily enter the “Heat-as-a-Service” business, the company is making climate-neutral heating accessible at scale.
Founded by an international team with a mission to redefine CO2-free energy supply, the company has completed its first major investment round and launched initial proof-of-concepts. It is now entering the next stage of growth.
The Vice President Sales & Partnerships will establish and lead the company’s sales function, driving it toward becoming a market leader in innovative heating solutions. This role is responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market strategy, developing a strong partner network (including energy providers, new energy companies, and prefabricated housing manufacturers), and managing the entire sales funnel.
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy
Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships
Drive revenue growth and deliver on sales targets
Build, lead, and coach the sales team
Negotiate and structure contracts and partnerships
Provide direct market feedback to the product team
Several years of experience in sales of technical products (e.g., heat pumps, energy storage solutions)
Proven success in B2B sales and/or building partner networks
Start-up mindset: hands-on, solution-oriented, and growth-driven
Strong passion for renewable energy and innovative business models
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
