For our Selb site, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Head of Quality who wants to maintain our quality standards at the highest level and, as Quality Supervisor, motivate and develop the existing team.

• Management and further development of an international team in the area of quality
• Overall responsibility for quality management and quality assurance within the company
• Developing the strategic direction for the quality department and working on strategic cross-departmental corporate goals
• Creation of internal specifications from customer requirements, contracts and legal requirements as well as forwarding of customer requirements and derivation of measures
• Implementation and support of internal and external audits incl. implementation and distribution of measures
• Maintenance and further development of the QM system
• Budget and investment planning for the Quality division and responsibility for the assigned cost centers

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management with leadership experience
• Specialist knowledge and sound experience in the field of quality management in a manufacturing company in the automotive industry
