Your Contribution:

  • Oversee the Development Lifecycle: Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and implementation of IT projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure that IT development efforts align with business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Best Practices Establishment: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
  • Technology Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

What you bring along:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within IT development, with a strong understanding ofsoftware engineering principles.
  • Programming Proficiency: Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, with experience inthe field of ehealth or industry-related environment
