The Role

As the Vice President of Sales - Mode Earn App (MEA), you will be responsible for driving and scaling revenue for our flagship product—the Mode Earn App. You will own the sales strategy and execution across direct ad sales, programmatic advertising, email, syndication partnerships, carrier and OEM distribution, and other monetization channels.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage a sales team, cultivate strategic partnerships, and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies, user experience, and overall business goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow revenue for the Mode Earn App across direct, partnerships, and syndication channels.
  • Develop and lead high-performing sales teams focused on:
    • Direct Ad Sales (display, performance, native, branded content)
    • SDK/Syndication Partnerships
    • Carrier & OEM Distribution
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales performance, customer lifetime value, and revenue per user, to effectively track progress and optimize results.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key partners, advertisers, agencies, platforms, and distribution partners to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to align monetization with the product roadmap and user value.
  • Lead pricing strategy, packaging, sales enablement, and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities in international markets.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic insights to the executive team.
What You Bring to the Team
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally in mobile apps, ad tech, martech, or digital media.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing global sales teams in a fast-paced, remote-first company.
  • Deep understanding of app monetization strategies, including programmatic advertising, affiliate offers, SDK partnerships, syndication, and user acquisition.
  • Strong executive presence with an ability to engage C-level clients and partners.
  • Data-driven mindset and experience optimizing sales performance through analytics.
  • Experience within the Android ecosystem; familiarity with iOS is a plus.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience with reward-based or gamified products.
    • Background in mobile distribution through carriers, OEMs, or third-party app stores.
    • Familiarity with international go-to-market and revenue localization strategies.
