We’re supporting a Berlin-based SaaS company backed by top-tier international investors. The business has scaled rapidly across Europe and North America and is now preparing for its Series B.

To support this next phase of growth, they are hiring a hands-on VP of Finance to lead and professionalise the finance function. They’re looking to appoint someone immediately.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive fundraising readiness and due diligence for upcoming Series B
• Implement finance systems (e.g. NetSuite) and automate internal processes

Profile:

• Strong accounting foundation
• Hands-on leader comfortable with operational finance as well as strategic FP&A
• Experience in venture-backed SaaS businesses, ideally scaling from Series A to C
• Confident managing audits, compliance, and reporting cadence
• Comfortable operating at pace in founder-led, international environments
