Your areas of responsibility:
Enable business / IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the longer-term strategic vision of the organization.
Provide technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices.
Provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of IT architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy and align closely with the Chief Digital Officer and Master Data Governance Organization.
Support all architectural disciplines and champions’ architectural initiatives.
Review existing business processes and establish metrics to improve business processes, as well as support all architectural disciplines under their direction.
Oversee and manage LeanIX to support the digital transformation.
Lead programs to develop, maintain, and govern the enterprise architecture across the organization.
Work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized architecture domains including security, data management platforms, and AI.
Develop and lead the EA review board and ensure that the solutions are compliant with target-state architecture models.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Completed studies degree with focus on information technology e.g. computer science or business informatics or similar.
- Work experience including architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture, business re-engineering principles and processes, and basic knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
- Strong Infrastructure / Network / Security experience and knowledge of enterprise architecture tools e.g. LeanIX.
- Will to shape work environment proactively and to work out complex concepts.
- Persistent person with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through different hierarchical levels in matrix organisations.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
