Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to the Development & Succession department, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence
• Design and implement comprehensive global people development solutions, processes, and guidelines, encompassing performance management and succession planning
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders on all aspects of people development, offering expert guidance and best practices
• Design and manage talent calibration and succession planning sessions
• Contribute to and implement corporate talent programs
• Oversee the performance management review process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization
• Manage the implementation and optimization of a state-of-the-art performance management system, based on SAP SuccessFactors

Your Qualifications

• Several years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, with a significant specialization in personal development
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of managing large-scale implementation projects, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors or a similar platform
• Experience in engagement at board-level required
• Demonstrated expertise in instigating and driving organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Strong intellect, confidence, and presence, with the ability to effectively address complex issues at all levels of the organization
• Internationally experienced senior executive with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach
• Modern, strong leader capable of managing and motivating teams to exceed expectations in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional diplomatic skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, coupled with the ability to communicate persuasively in both German and English
