We offer a position in Frankfurt am Main within our sales department:
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process independently, including prospecting, proposal creation, contract management, and customer retention.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs related to customer retention, new customer acquisition, and potential development, in close collaboration with key account managers.
- Participate in and implement the digitalization strategy in B2B sales, optimizing sales processes and channels.
- Analyze market trends, develop new products and business areas, and strategically advance the portfolio.
- Lead projects and processes independently, utilize digital media and online infrastructure, and actively engage in social selling to boost sales results.
Profile
- Successfully completed economic or commercial education, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in business customer sales, preferably in the energy sector or related fields.
- Strong team skills, persuasive ability, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and high engagement.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style.
