Vertriebsleitung - Profisubstrate & Erden (m/w/d)

Location: Vechta

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market and competitor analyses to develop sales strategies
  2. Lead the national and international sales team
  3. Optimize sales processes in collaboration with the Inside Sales management
  4. Plan and conduct annual negotiations, set prices and conditions
  5. Manage key accounts and acquire new customers
  6. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
  1. Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  2. Extensive sales experience in the green industry, ideally in horticulture/agriculture
  3. Strategic and analytical thinking, leadership skills and experience
  4. Negotiation skills and confident appearance
  5. High reliability, structured working style, willingness to travel
  6. Fluent English skills
