For our client, a French telecommunications provider and Internet service provider as well as hosting service provider, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (m / f / d) for the Cologne, Frankfurt a.M., Munich or Saarbrücken location as part of a direct placement.

Tasks

• Support of VIP customers in the DACH region: onboarding, monitoring of operational activities, growth, capacity management, governance and identification of new requirements.
• Supporting your customers in business development and optimizing costs with the help of cloud solutions.
• Ensuring the proper provision and integration of new infrastructures and services.
• Creation and review of KPI dashboards, including SLAs and service tracking.
• Leading and participating in various committees on operational and strategic topics.
• Supporting your customers in securing their infrastructure hosted by our customer.
• Overarching management of internal teams and ensuring compliance with contracts.

Qualification

• Completed training or studies in the IT or technical field.
• Experience in customer management, especially with key accounts.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• Independent and proactive way of working, team spirit and organizational talent.
• Knowledge of ITIL and system administration (Linux, VMware ESXi, MS Server) is an advantage.

We offer:

• Permanent full-time position (40 hours) in an international team.
• High proportion of home office and flexible working hours; occasional presence in one of the offices in Cologne, Frankfurt a.M., Munich or Saarbrücken required.

• Fixed salary: approx. 85,000 EUR p.a. plus 10% variable component if targets are achieved.
