Job Description: Customer Service & Contract Management

Role Overview

In this role, you will handle creating and sending offer documents for internal and public tenders, carefully manage existing contracts, coordinate with internal teams regarding availability, and provide prompt feedback to clients. You will also handle internal reports, manage correspondence, coordinate appointments, and perform general administrative tasks with ease. Your calm and friendly demeanor will help you address customer concerns effectively, including liaising with colleagues in dispatch when necessary.

What You Bring
  • A highly reliable and meticulous work ethic.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Freight Forwarding Clerk, or Office Manager).
  • Ideally, experience in sales-related services.
  • Strong customer orientation, negotiation skills, and proficiency in IT systems, especially SAP and MS Office.
