Position: Contract Specialist / Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d) as Parental Leave Cover

Location: Mannheim

Responsibilities:

1. Legal review, revision, and preparation of customer contracts in English and German in sales and service sectors
2. Implementation of internal risk management for such contracts and potentially conducting the associated approval process, including creating contract summaries and risk assessments
3. Supporting business units in contract negotiations, particularly sales, service, and order processing
4. Creating and maintaining contract templates and text modules for offers and order confirmations

Requirements:

1. Degree as Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist or completed commercial or technical education/studies
2. Several years of experience in contract law or commercial contract processing in an international environment
3. Fluent English in speaking and writing
4. Additional language skills are advantageous
5. Strong understanding of legal and technical-economic contexts
6. Good knowledge of MS Office
7. Resilient team player with excellent communication skills
8. Good self-organization and commitment
9. Negotiation skills
