Job Responsibilities

Performs duties related to the preparation of maintenance plans, schedules, specifications, and engineering estimates for exterior and interior mechanical systems and sanitary systems. Projects include repairs, maintenance, rehabilitation, and alterations of government facilities such as office buildings, living quarters, utility plants, shops, gas stations, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• For E&T Level V: Graduates must be recognized engineers from a Fachhochschule, Berufsakademie, or Technische Hochschule in Germany, or possess equivalent foreign certifications.
• Office Automation skills required.
• Driver's License Class B required.

Additional Details

Designated duty station is Vilseck; reassignments within the same area are possible.
