IT-Systemhaus der Bundesagentur für Arbeit is seeking a Version Planer (d/m/w) for the A320 Program Management department in Hamburg. The role focuses on coordinating across configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, and transport to ensure on-time customer fulfillment.

Responsibilities include preparing and controlling Integrated Programme Planning, managing deviations, and leading end-to-end version planning for HoV/VoI.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, production planning, or project management.
• Experience within the Airbus planning environment or civil aviation knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; German is highly preferred and French is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and potential monthly travel within Europe.

As the Version Planer (d/m/w), you will play a crucial role within the A320 Program Management department based in Finkenwerder. You will ensure efficient collaboration and coordination across various operations teams including configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, and transport. Your tasks will contribute directly to delivering key objectives for the company, focusing on the on-time fulfillment of customer commitments.

VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

We are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to manage complex integrated planning processes within an international and multifaceted environment. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and adaptability are key to excelling in this position.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, technical studies, or industrial engineering is required.
• Between 0-3 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, production planning, or project management preferred.
• Experience within the Airbus planning environment or civil aviation knowledge is advantageous.
• Good proficiency in project management and Google Workspace tools.
• Fluency in English (negotiation level); proficiency in German is highly preferred, and French is an added advantage.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and the possibility of monthly travel within Europe.
• Strong ability to work independently and with a results-oriented focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and collaboration skills are essential for cross-functional team environments.
