Responsibilities
  • Act as an independent sales representative (nach §84 HGB) advising and supporting clients in achieving their housing goals.
  • Establish, develop, and lead your own real estate brokerage team within your region.
  • Recruit new team members in coordination with your regional sales director.
  • Serve as a contact point for clients, prospects, and field staff on all real estate matters.
  • Build a portfolio of marketable properties and market them through industry-standard channels.
  • Utilize the full spectrum of real estate marketing techniques to enhance sales and increase visibility.
  • Collaborate actively and trustfully with Wüstenrot and Württembergische field partners, referring clients with cross-selling potential.
  • Work systematically on property leads from partners and internal sources to expand sales opportunities.
  • Expand and nurture your personal network of contacts.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven success in leading a team over several years.
