We are looking for a Venture Partner - Capital Raising and M&A to join Growth&Glory’s Venture Partnering team.

This is an opportunity for a professional with a background in finance, M&A, PE, VC and/or corporate development looking to support our founders in key strategic initiatives, including capital raising, M&A transactions, and exit planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory to portfolio companies on M&A opportunities, including market mapping, target identification, due diligence, and valuation.
• Lead or support execution of M&A deals, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with founders on fundraising strategies, including pitch refinement, investor targeting, and term sheet negotiations.
• Develop financial models, investment memoranda, and presentations to support strategic decisions.

Your Background

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, with a strong transaction track record.
• Deep understanding of M&A deal processes, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling
• Experience working with or advising early- and growth-stage technology companies
• A strong network of relevant industry contacts (investors, bankers, legal advisors, corporate acquirers, etc.).
• Exceptional intellectual capacity, long-term perspective and positive, collaborative attitude
• Entrepreneurial mindsetpaired with a string bias for execution.
• Interest in DeepTech, AI and ClimateTech space.

This is a project-based role.
