Role Overview:

As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will be at the forefront of impact investing, working alongside experienced investors to identify, evaluate, and support groundbreaking startups in the deep tech impact sector. This is an exciting opportunity to gain deep exposure to deep-tech impact investing and shape the future of mission-driven innovation.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify and assess high-potential early-stage start-ups in the impact space.
• Investment Process: Support all stages of the investment process from initial screening to deal closure, including due diligence and the preparation of investment documentation for committee approval.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Expand and nurture Ananda’s network of founders, investors, and impact-driven industry leaders across Europe.
• Industry Representation: Represent Ananda at key events, strengthening our presence in the impact and tech investment community.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: You have recently graduated or bring up to one year of experience in early-stage VC, startups, or a related investment role.
• Education: A degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field is required.
• Network: Well-connected within the German and/or broader European early-stage ecosystem.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess early-stage ventures; excellent communication skills, fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
• Passion: You bring a great passion for impact-driven innovation and technology.
