As a Venture Architect, you are the creative force behind new ventures—identifying opportunities, developing innovative business models, and driving them from concept to execution. What you’ll do

• Identify and assess market and technology trends to create innovative logistics solutions.
• Analyze industry landscapes, customer needs, and competitors to derive strategic insights.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies, business cases, and agile product roadmaps.
• Run prototyping and market tests to validate new product and service concepts.
• Create compelling pitch decks and present business models to internal stakeholders, partners, and potential investors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with startups, external partners, and investors.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.

What you bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Digital Business, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in venture building, business development, corporate innovation, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build ventures like a true founder.
• Excellent presentation and pitch deck skills with confidence in front of stakeholders.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their impact on business models.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Bonus: Previous startup experience and knowledge of the logistics industry.
