The Vendor Operations Manager will play a crucial role in our vendor operations. You will manage relationships with offshore vendors to support Omio’s scaling efforts, using your project management, analytical skills, and innovative thinking to recommend solutions that meet SLAs and customer service goals. You will be solution-oriented to drive results.

The Business Processing Outsourcing team provides operational and analytical support, focusing on managing offshore vendor performance, oversight, and administrative tasks.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring vendor relationships to ensure compliance, performance, and achievement of business goals according to SLAs and contractual requirements.
  2. Supporting onboarding and offboarding of vendors across various regions while ensuring SLAs are maintained.
  3. Maintaining effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet performance metrics, identify improvements, mitigate risks, and eliminate barriers.
  4. Collaborating with your vendor team to achieve operational goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
  5. Communicating project updates, goals, and priorities to senior leaders.
  6. Transitioning tasks to vendors and managing these projects.
  7. Developing reports and analyzing performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Identifying process issues and defining strategies for performance enhancement.
  9. Conducting analysis to improve efficiency, data quality, and forecast accuracy with stakeholders.
  10. Managing communication between vendors and internal teams.
  11. Serving as the main contact for vendors and cross-functional partners.
  12. Having 3+ years of experience in BPO, analytics, operations, or strategy.
  13. Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on performance improvement.
  14. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  15. Strong research, testing, process improvement, and data management skills.
  16. Good business acumen and ability to work with cross-functional leaders.
  17. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  18. Superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  19. Team player with attention to detail and independence.
