Key job responsibilities

Your professional challenge:

  • You are an expert vendor relationship manager, product specialist, product selection developer, and advertiser all in one.
  • You will influence the design of your category, develop new product groups, and improve customer selection.
  • You identify sellable products based on customer requests and find interesting vendors.
  • Your success depends on your product category's performance, managing numerous vendors and products.
  • You recognize new trends, analyze competitors and sales, manage stock with Supply Chain, and find top vendors.
  • You facilitate discussions on conditions, procure top products, and ensure they are prominently advertised on Amazon with Marketing.
  • You will work with new technical innovations, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and customer experience worldwide.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc, or BTech)
  • Experience in a global retail e-commerce company
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel macros, pivot tables, V-Lookups
  • Ability to analyze data and make quick, accurate decisions
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency
  • Ability to demonstrate Amazon Leadership Principles through past experience
  • Passion for online retailing and quick learner
