VC Stack is seeking a Working Student to gain hands-on experience in venture capital within the energy tech sector in Berlin. You will support the investment team with data management, deal sourcing, and market research.

Your Role

As a working student, you will be an integral part of our small team and support us across a broad range of tasks, including:

• Maintaining and managing our deal flow database and internal systems — this is a core part of the role, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys staying organized and working with data
• Supporting the investment team with deal sourcing, screening, and preparation of investment materials
• Assisting with market research and deep dives into technologies, sectors, and startup ecosystems
• Helping prepare internal reports, presentations, and portfolio updates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in venture capital, startups, and the all-electrified world
• Fluency in BOTH German and English (written and spoken) is a must
• Self‑driven, proactive, and motivated to learn fast
• Comfortable working with databases, tools, and data organization
• Availability to work 15 to 20 hours per week
• Ability to work from our office in Berlin — we value collaboration, teamwork, and the creative energy that comes from working together in person. This is not a remote role.
• You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business, engineering, energy, sustainability, or similar)
