A Tax Specialist (d / w / m) is responsible for the accurate presentation of the financial results and the company status.

The Tax Specialist advises and supports the finance department and the Customer Services funnel with regard to value added tax (VAT).

Would you like to :

• Ensure that VAT accounting accounts are correct and reconciled with the other relevant data, such as VAT declarations, balance sheet, intrastate and EC Customer Services filings
• Support the company’s external audits by preparing schedules / analysis of accounts and transactions for the period under review
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Exchanges with offices and authorities
• General administrative activities
• Preparing presentations for specialist departments and / or the company management
• Preparing the current accounts
• Advising on general tax issues
• Carrying out the dunning process
• Processing and settling claims

Your board card :

• 4-6 years of experience in accountancy and finance, and / or aviation industry.
• The customer is your priority, and you enjoy working in a team
• You have experience with ERP system knowledge, as advanced Microsoft Office skills : Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• You are experienced with other financial systems (Oracle), Power BI, VAT Software (i.e. Avalara, Sovos, ONESOURCE)
• Accounting Qualification
• You are motivated and inspire your colleagues for the performance of tomorrow
• You will be flexible, creative, and resourceful and thrive in a fast paced, multiple demand environment
• You work conscientiously, and you like to tackle things
• You have some experience with international Export Rules and regulations
• You work in a structured and reliable manner.
