How You Will Contribute
  • Independent, timely planning, documentation, execution, evaluation and reporting of process validations as part of the dengue vaccine filling capacity expansion.
  • Creation, processing and maintenance of risk analyses.
  • Subject Matter Expert for the validation of cleaning and sterilization procedures for the entire site.
  • Tracking the validation lifecycle for the area of responsibility.
  • Evaluation of changes and deviations with regard to the validation impact, including definition of necessary measures.
  • Support of authority, customer and self-inspections with regard to the area of responsibility.

In this position you will report to the Team Lead Process Validation.


What You Bring To Takeda
  • Completed studies in the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacy or comparable).
  • Experience in the validation of processes in an aseptic production environment.
  • Experience with cleaning and sterilization procedures.
  • Initial experience in vaccine production.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
