CSSP Berlin Center for Integrative Mediation is a non-governmental organisation working in the field of mediation. The organisation has been active in Kosovo since 2005. Its main office is in Berlin, Germany.
Currently, CSSP is running a mediation center in Mitrovica with offices in the Southern and Northern parts of the city. In addition, CSSP works with municipalities and local stakeholders to support them with training, consultancy and mediation in the development of their municipalities.
Project Manager
Integrative Mediator in CSSP main office Berlin
CSSP is looking for a project manager to work mainly in the municipalities of Mitrovica North, Zubin Potok, Leposavic and Zvecan. The project manager will be responsible for establishing contact with representatives of the municipalities, municipal bodies and citizen representatives. He/she will present CSSP’s work and consult with local stakeholders about needs and conflictive issues within the municipalities. He/she will work closely with and under the direct supervision of the project managers from the main office in Berlin to plan and implement consultations, trainings and activities in the four municipalities.
The position is a full-time position of 40h/week. It is financed until 31.12.2016. Depending on the approval of funds from the donor organisation, CSSP plans to extend the position for a further twelve months. The desired starting date is 01.02.2015.
