Job Description:

• Plan and execute international R&D studies in the field of user experience.
• Handle tasks related to interactive prototypes and products.
• Design user interfaces for digital and non-digital products.
• Supervise the product development process through Human-Centered Design.
• Create personas, user journey maps, wireframes, and collaborate on prototypes.
• Promote the User-Centered Design mindset within the team.
• Support sales and marketing departments technically.
• Collaborate in the development of prototypes and products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• French citizen or citizen of the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Preferably hold a Master’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent.
• Enjoy R&D and innovation-driven work.
• Motivated with the capacity to work independently to find solutions.
• Fast learner with a high level of initiative.
• Proficient in English; basic German skills are an advantage.
• Flexible and interested in working abroad.
