Tasks:

• Participate in group-wide or Asset Management-specific projects (e.g., digitization of processes; implementation of new regulatory requirements such as DORA)
• Support the business processes regarding Information Security Management
• Provide compliance checks on the German side regarding ESG documentation (SFDR disclosure, reporting)
• Manage the outsourcing partner and ensure compliance with the agreed processes
• Coordinate fund operations: launch, segmentation, merger, transfer, dissolution
• Process unit certificate transactions and distributions
