Job Description

YOU…

1. are involved in designing, developing, and improving the manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment, in order to optimize the production process, reduce costs and improve quality (German needed)
2. run process simulations, creating a virtual representation of the manufacturing process for verification and validation of different production rates and other variable perimeters
3. are responsible for Business Process Modeling, creating diagrams or flowcharts that show the sequence of activities in the process to identify improvements
4. use Value Stream Mapping, analyzing and designing production steps and buffer stocks to identify bottlenecks
5. are responsible for digitalization:
1. Designing, building, testing or deploying computer software involved in the manufacturing process
2. Data analysis - collecting data, cleaning and transforming the data, and analyzing it to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the process

Qualifications

YOU…

1. have a completed a degree in mechanical, aeronautical or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
2. have knowledge of process engineering, production engineering in the aeronautics field
3. are experienced handling of tools like Skywise, AnyLogic, SAP, ARIS or Microsoft Visio, CATIA, SolidWorks
4. are ready to join a dynamic project environment
5. are fluent in English and have a good command of German
