Tasks

1. UX with impact: Analyze product and user requirements, simplify complex information, and create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
2. Design & Usability: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify complex processes and enhance understanding.
3. Design Patterns & System Thinking: Develop and optimize design systems to ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
4. Feature Ownership: Take responsibility for product features from conception to implementation.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to realize strong UX concepts.

Requirements

1. Experience: At least 6 years in UX design, with a strong understanding of creating user-friendly digital products.
2. iOS Know-how: Knowledge of Apple design guidelines and what constitutes a strong mobile UX.
3. Tech Stack: Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
4. User-Centered: Focused on usability principles and UX best practices.
5. Problem Solver: Ability to transform complex requirements into simple, understandable UI concepts.
6. Communication Talent: Clearly communicate design decisions and enjoy teamwork.
7. Work Arrangement: Hybrid or fully remote work options available.
