Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

• Previous working experience in the automotive environment
• Ability to structure large amounts of detailed data using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes in Figma
• Full IT literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook)
• Self-motivated and project-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
• Awareness of multi-cultural differences and demonstrates the ability to adapt
• Execute trend research with a focus on the European and Global OEM market including research on current and upcoming features in-car HMI, European IT trends, and UX/UI automotive trends.
• Execute quantitative and qualitative user research including defining research items, creating participant screeners and questionnaires, and monitoring research preparation and execution.
• Support benchmarking vehicle infotainment by gathering data in the form of photos and videos and creating reports.
• Preparation of design and new feature proposals based on insights gathered from research.
• Represent Hyundai Mobis’ products during technology and motor shows and present products and technologies.
• Perform system validation from Hyundai Mobis’ UI including validating Mobis’s infotainment UI and reporting issues.
