MVST is a Munich-based product delivery studio delivering strategy, UX/UI design, product management, and software development. The design lead will guide end‑to‑end design across client products, shaping UX vision and enabling collaborative teams to craft engaging experiences on multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes user research, prototyping, and iterative testing to solve real problems, with a focus on pixel-perfect design and clear communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of experience designing for SaaS or consumer tech/media
• Proficient with modern design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, InVision, etc.) and traditional ones (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect delivery
• Strong communication to frame concepts and collaborate with teams
• People-focused design mindset with user research and testing experience
• Fluent English in written and spoken form

Role Overview:

• Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.

• Work with other members of the team to create top‑class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution‑oriented.

• Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.

• Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.

• Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together.

Ideal Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer‑focused tech or media companies.

• You know the in's and out's of the newest design tools (Sketch, Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.). But you also don't shy away from the older ones (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

• Focus on pixel perfection. You sweat the details to ensure that you and the team deliver remarkable products, on time and on budget.

• Your great communication skills help you to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.

• You have a people‑focused design mentality. Whether through hands‑on user research or by designing options for an A/B test.

• Fluent English skills complete your profile.

Our Recruitment Process

While the process might slightly vary depending on the role, here's what you can typically expect:

1. Intro Call -- A quick 15--20 minute chat with someone from our people team

2. Take‑home Assignment -- You'll have one week to complete a task relevant to the role

3. Technical Interview -- A 1‑hour deep dive with the Hiring Manager

4. Founder Call -- A 30--60 minute conversation to connect with one of our founders

5. Team Meetup -- If you're based near one of our offices, we might invite you to visit and meet the team in person
