Role Overview

Are you passionate about digital innovation and enhancing user experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? Join our Global Digital team as a UX/UI Lead, playing a key role in GROHE’s digital transformation by leading the development of our digital platforms.

Note: This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Your Responsibilities

1. Report directly to the Leader IT / Digital Systems-of-Engagement.
2. Own UX/UI for our Digital Engagement Platforms and lead agile development teams.
3. Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions.
4. Align user interface designs with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
6. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency.
7. Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to improve platform usability.
8. Advocate for end-user needs throughout the development process.
9. Use data to measure UX/UI performance and drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile & Skills

1. Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital solutions, with leadership in agile teams.
3. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Storybook; experience with design systems.
4. Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and translating insights into designs.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and business teams.
6. Problem-solving skills and an organized working style.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Curiosity and motivation to stay current with digital design trends.
9. Familiarity with front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
