Your mission

• Creating user-centered concepts that simplify complex workflows for B2B SaaS products
• Developing user journey maps and flowcharts to support seamless user experience
• Conducting UX research, including user interviews and usability tests, and analyzing insights using data analytics.
• Developing wireframes, prototypes and high-quality user interfaces while maintaining design libraries (MUI, Prime React, Material Design)
• Providing UX writing for all user interaction touchpoints in English and German
• Serving as a bridge between UX designers, developers, and stakeholders by facilitating feedback and collaboration through cross-functional sessions
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in UX/UI design, service design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with strong portfolio (preferably in SaaS or B2B products)
• Strong ability to learn and adapt to highly technical SaaS products
• Proficiency in Figma, deep understanding of UX principles and UX research
• Excellent communication skills with experience in leading design-thinking workshops
• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
