Responsibilities
- Strategy: Think strategically and systematically, defining UI and UX details within a coherent theme, while considering the organizational big picture of potential new use cases and developments in a multi-product and multi-platform environment.
- Frameworks: Define underlying frameworks for the design system, execute UI components and UX patterns, and conduct usability tests to validate solutions.
- Quality: Design, document, and implement design components and UX patterns maintaining high standards of quality.
- Feedback: Collaborate proactively with Product Management, Research, and Development teams to gather feedback and optimize user experience across different touchpoints and platforms.
- Personas: Define personas, create user journey maps and flows, and conduct user testing.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and users to identify product requirements and translate them into customer-focused experience designs.
- Ideation: Generate ideas in collaboration and workshops with cross-functional product teams, from concept through wireframes, prototypes, and user testing.
Your fitness level
- Professional Experience: 4+ years as a UI Designer with expertise in systems design, visual principles, UX, and translating that into holistic UX patterns.
- Tools: Proficient with tools like Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Research: Extensive knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and experience testing prototypes.
- Problem Solver: Maintain composure, resolve complex queries, and pay attention to detail.
- Intuition: Good intuition for people, able to influence, communicate, and defend design decisions.
- Workshops: Experience facilitating workshops like Design Sprints or other discovery methods.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
