Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a new member of our international team to support the creation of UX/UI ideation and delivery for our enterprise SaaS software. You’ll turn complex challenges into intuitive user experiences. More specifically, you will:

• Craft user-centric concepts that clarify complex features within our platform
• Develop new ideas for visualization and data processing
• Create interactive prototypes for mobile and desktop web applications
• Analyze and optimize existing design systems and resources
• Communicate your ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in an agile environment

Your Profile

You don’t just design interfaces — you design experiences. You see the details and the bigger picture, driven by a deep understanding of users and an instinct for smart, elegant design. With your creative power, you want to help our customers feel the exhilarating feeling of a good plan within our planning tool.

• A degree in media informatics, interaction design, communication design, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in user-centered design, interaction design, and UX/UI conception in web application development (desktop and mobile)
• Strong conceptual thinking with competencies in prototyping and information design, proven passion for craft and attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and user experience
• A passion for solving complex challenges through visual and systematic UI thinking
• Experience in gathering user needs and feedback through user research

Join our team in creating UX and UI concepts for our enterprise SaaS software.

Ideally, this position will be based in Freiburg or Frankfurt, close to our offices. Remote work within Germany is also possible, with a willingness to travel to our office locations.
