We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer Games (m/f/d) to help us create intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experiences across our games and platforms.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to turn game mechanics and product requirements into interfaces that are easy to understand, enjoyable to use, and feel great to play.

Your Tasks

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and user experiences for our mobile and desktop games.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements to existing games.
• Translate game mechanics and product requirements into clear and enjoyable player experiences.
• Design and refine UI components, screens, menus, dialogs, onboarding flows, and other in-game interactions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across our games.
• Work closely with developers and product stakeholders from initial concept through implementation.
• Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to ensure a high level of usability and visual quality.
• Analyze existing player journeys, identify UX friction, and continuously improve our games based on player behavior, feedback, and product insights.
• Ensure that interfaces work well across different devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
• Consider accessibility and usability throughout the design process.

You Have

• Professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or game UI/UX design, ideally for mobile apps or games.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to UX, interaction design, and user interface design.
• Excellent skills with Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• A strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction patterns, and responsive/adaptive interface design.
• A strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency, and usability.
• The ability to turn requirements and complex interactions into simple and understandable user experiences.
• The ability to explain and communicate your design decisions clearly.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with developers and other product disciplines.
• Very good English skills, as English is our business language.

Nice to Have

• Professional experience in the games or mobile games industry.
• Experience designing UI/UX for games with complex rules or game mechanics.
• Experience with multiplayer or social gaming experiences.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Experience using analytics and player behavior data to inform design decisions.
• Experience designing and maintaining larger design systems.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• A strong interest in card, board, or social games and the ability to understand game mechanics from a player's perspective.
