Tasks

• UX with impact: Analyze product and user requirements, simplify complex information, and create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Design & Usability: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that simplify complex processes.
• Design Patterns & System Thinking: Develop and optimize design systems for consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Feature Ownership: Take responsibility for product features from conception to implementation.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to bring UX concepts to life.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 6 years in UX design, with a strong understanding of user-friendly digital products.
• iOS Know-how: Familiarity with Apple design guidelines and mobile UX principles.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• User-first: Focused on user-centered design, usability, and UX best practices.
• Problem Solver: Ability to translate complex requirements into simple UI concepts.
• Communication Talent: Clear communicator of design decisions and team-oriented.
