Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im UX-Design mit einem Fokus auf benutzerfreundliche digitale Produkte.
• Kenntnisse der Apple Designrichtlinien und mobile UX-Prinzipien.

Aufgaben

• Analysieren von Produkt- und Benutzeranforderungen zur Erstellung intuitiver Designs.
• Erstellen von Wireframes und Prototypen zur Vereinfachung komplexer Prozesse.

Your mission

• UX with impact: Analyze product and user requirements, simplify complex information and use it to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
• Design & Usability:Create wireframes, prototypes and user flows that make complex processes simple and understandable.
• Design Patterns & System Thinking: Develop and optimize design systems to ensure a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Feature Ownership:Take responsibility for product features and see them through from idea to implementation.
• Teamwork:Work closely with developers and product managers to bring strong UX concepts to reality.

• Experience: You have at least 6 years of experience in UX design and understand how to make digital products user-friendly.
• iOS know-how:You know the Apple design guidelines and know what makes a strong mobile UX.
• Tech stack: Figma, Sketch or similar design tools are an integral part of your work.
• User-first: You think user-centered and know the principles of usability and UX best practices.
• Problem solver:You can transform complex requirements into simple, understandable UI concepts.
• Communication talent: You can communicate design decisions clearly and enjoy working in a team.
