Required experience:

1. Living in Europe
2. 3+ years of experience designing mobile apps (UI / UX)
3. Proficiency in Figma: capable of maintaining and evolving a design system
4. Experience in UX, including mapping and analyzing existing flows and suggesting improvements, understanding usability
5. A mindset that sees design as a way to solve user problems and influence user behavior, not just aesthetics
6. Ideally experience working at or designing for social app startups targeting Gen Z
7. Valuing an environment of open feedback and growth
8. Experience working in an English-speaking environment
